Can you believe that this wonderful warm hearted, sweet, little boy
took it into his head to DRAW on our brand new, chocolate brown leather sofa with a biro!!!!
Oh YES!!!! I am not kidding!! AND not only did he scribble on the cushions but he ‘practiced’ his name on the arm.
yeah, thinking a career in high crime is not were he is headed!!!
I did actually have a moment when i thought to myself in the middle of being so ridiculously cross ‘i didnt know he could write his name so well!’
Anyway TV time for him has gone and we are a bit wary of him going into the front room lest another artistic moment should grab him (and our sofa!).
and for those scrappers out there, is it wrong that i thought about taking a photo of it to do a page about it…!!!!!?????

oh my, Isaac drawing on the couch sounds verrrrry familiar, lol…that is what Maria has been up to lately 🙁 she’s taken a pen without me knowing and then when we’re driving down the road Xave will yell, “mom, she’s writing on the car!!”. on her seat. on the side of the door. and she writes all over herself too. little stinkers 🙂

Oh goodness!!!! No, I reckon I would have taken a photo of the writing on the sofa to preserve the moment for posterity. Not sure it would make it onto a layout but I did see a layout on a similar theme in a magazine & the mum said how her kid had drawn over the walls, blocked the loo with a whole roll of loo paper etc & that she had loved every minute of it!!!!!
