1. We are on our second 'snow' day in liverpool. Never in 12 years of living here did i ever think i'd say that…
2. Because of above point we dug out our snowboard gear and i found a 5 cent dime in my pocket, that has been there since our honeymoon in Tahoe just over 8 years ago…awwwwww
3. Buying a sledge 'before' the biggest snowfall in how ever long is probably a good idea and then you dont have to watch people hoon down slopes while you try and make a boogie board move on snow! Out with the snowboards today..so watch out… (apart from the man who was sledding on a car bonnet (hood)…oh yes he was…he can have the hill to himself!)
4. Slide into the skid theory doesn't mean anything when you are heading towards another vehicle out of control. I went for 'slide away from stationary vehicle you are fast approaching' theory.
5. Matilda is way overdue her 11 month post. She is a year in 'gulp' 15 days time. Be still crazy broody hormones.
6. Everyone in this house is just about cracking up with this crazy hot and cold, in and out, weather. Im talking about skin….obviously..not state of mind…we have eczema flare up, itching and scratching and cracked lips. Vaseline a-go-go
7. Maisie has started piano lessons. She cant say piano, so she says 'plano' which is pretty cute. She loves it.
8. Isaac is starting drum lessons…he is eager to get started….me…maybe..not so much….
9. Another really cool thing about being married to a teacher, when its a snow day, they get to have the day off too! Ben tells me they will all be cursing this later in the year when they are behind on syllabus etc..blah…enjoy the NOW baby!!
10. I love facebook…not so much the farms, shops and other 'stuff' that appears on there…but its about connection. If you are on it and you read here and you are not my friend yet…come be my friend..lets share some meaningful, useless information!
