whizzing by with a quick ten..
1. So if you read my little bit ranty post about the NHS you would probably ascertained that my son has fractured his wrist! Made me laugh when the pead's first words to me, having seen the x-ray, was 'well, essentially he has had a break…but the good thing about kids is they have bendy bones!' Yes. Indeed. Wish i still had bendy bones.
2. Thinking we needed to add a few 'other' ailments to our impressive decemeber list so far…vomits, flu and fever and now broken bones. Sorted.
3. Do you fancy going to vote for my blog on Dorset cereals? being honest with you..i have no idea when i actually entered it but someone navigated to my site from there and i realised that i was acutally in a competition. Now to find out what i win. Click on the icon to vote xx
4. have you seen this video? Makes me chuckle. When we were first married we watched a lot of the Simpsons. Its windy out there!
5. Slightly different …saw this tweeted by Stephen Fry. really really enjoyed it. the animation is so cool to. How did he write so fast? …heh heh.
6. The children this week have christmas parties, trips out with school and 'watching a video' day it would seem. Im wondering why we have to brave the school run for this? Not that i mind them having down time at school….but maybe we could start it at say…10am?
7. You think asking Santa to fix my freakin' car key fob would work? so i dont have to actually put the key in the lock to unlock the car whilst juggling small toddler on my hip and trying to stop slightly bigger toddler running into the street….No? Ive been good tho!! 🙂
8. One novelty factor of waiting to be seen in the hospital this week was that it gave my youngest an opportunity to beg food from other patients, dart into closed curtain examination rooms, try to get into the large store trolley things they use in hospitals, try to escape into the minor injuries corridor, outside, offices, behind reception, into triage…whilst being chased by older sister, injured brother and mother. Yep Benny Hill..you got nothing on this chase!
9. We listen to radio 2…particularly in the evening when Simon Mayo comes on. However not so great is that one evening the kids all chorused along with the 'HOMEWORK SUCKS' segment. Yup gonna be great when they repeat that at school!
10. Thinking about booking tickets to see Coldplay next year. Would love to go but slightly frightened by the fact that we may get vertigo because the seats we can afford would be nudging space and also that we would be paying almost £100 a ticket. Gulp.
Speaking of which and leaving you with this… one of my favourites. the kids like the bit where he starts leggin' it..lol

no time to spell check this baby…i need some sleep..although sharing a bed with a 9 year old who can't get comfortable because of their painful arm and in the next room to a baby with a horrendous barking cough…probably not so much huh….
