Isaacyouareamazing

just got to love photoshop. this layout took me about 30 minutes and that was just because i had to watch a tutorial on how to do it first!! Helped out massively by the fact that cathy zielske gave a free template away on her blog and then did a tutorial….she is awesome, if you are remotely interested in this sort of thing go check out her blog.

Hoping that it will be the start of many more pages for me!! (click on it to read the text k?)

Game on!

a sad story…

killer whale

I have read about this with quite a bit of interest. Years and years ago, in my vegetarian, im going to save the animals days…yes i know some of you will find that a little hard to believe…I was a member of the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.

They were very anti the use of Orca's in centres such as these. Reading this very sad story it brought back to me all the things i read on how whales adapt to captivity and how they can have almost psychotic alterations in their character with the stress and depression they can suffer from not having enough space and not being able to live in the tight-knit family groups that they do in the wild.

Im sure these sort of shows are thrilling to watch and not everyone would have the option to view them in the wild but surely this sort of incident must be evidence to suggest that these animals (and many others like them) should be left in their own environment to behave and interact with each other and not forced to perform in front of crowds of cheering people.

dont you think?
