just had to snap this today, both girls had fallen asleep in the car on the way back from Ikea. We had also been to choose some winter hats for them. Maisie chose the cute pink and brown one and Poppy chose the brilliant thing you see on her head….love that she has her own style already…

* the fact that the kids call the advent calendar, the ‘canada!’ makes me smile every morning when Maisie gets up and says ‘its time for the canada!” 😉

* the underfloor heating in our house….oh yeah….never appreciated having warm feet as much….

* the fact that it is only 10 days till the end of school, i dont know who is looking forward to that more, me or Isaac or ben for that matter….but heck, no school run for two weeks is worth smiling about.

*my oh so wonderful camera….um..think i might have mentioned that before right? look at these gorgeous girls though…..

*a certain little boy who delivered his lines in the nativity with such clarity and confidence i have had two people say to me that they think he has a career as a public speaker!!LOL

*seeing a friend with her brand new baby boy. so cute. so new. that first baby adventure just beginning!!

these really made me giggle. I see this face quite a lot from this little miss….

she did smile in the end though. I think that her smiling had less to do with complying with me and more to do with her sister’s feet!!

yeah we had a go. It was a bit chaotic, sometimes funny and resulted in Poppy throwing herself on the floor because its just a good way to express yourself. Of course i wouldnt show the good ones here it would kind of kill the christmas card..but i think the out takes are my favourite…

and whats more, he has learnt them all by himself, we were sent home the lines and they are still on the notice board untouched what with all the ups and downs of the past week!!
