in a day when trying to deal with the inadequacies of couriers and useles customer service people….
i walked into the kitchen to find Poppy wearing only a nappy and vest dancing to Bob Dylan on the radio.

1. How to stop my nose running….full of cold and my nose is slowly turning red….and the pile of tissues is getting deeper!
2. That typing 3,300 words for a 3,000 word assignment doesnt always mean you are near the finish *sigh*
3. I love Poppy’s laugh..at bed time we had a bit of a tickle time with her and her laugh is the deepest, belly laugh and i totally love it, brings a smile to my face regardless of how im feeling.
4. So very happy that my mum and dad have taken some well deserved time off and trying not to feel envious of what that means…….
5. Grateful to people mentioned above. always.
6. Wondering when some of our dreams will come about…the big ones…they are still there smoking away on the back burner…and im determined not to let that smoke go out, i never want to say ‘i wish we had…’
7. Waiting to hear news from a collegue at work about a lady who had an adorable preterm IVF baby with us last year who unfortunately died on valentines day..we were heartbroken….she is now expecting a baby any day now, a full term, naturally conceived baby…that is going to be gooood news.
8. Thinking im lucky to have a such a wonderful husband who cleaned our horrenously dirty kitchen floor last night while i tried to study….not very well!

Happy sunday everyone….whats left
x
i used to go to the park A LOT. My lovely little Isaac is a very active little boy and was as a toddler and needed to get OUT…y’know. So we used to cruise the parks a lot. Now, not so much. The girls are more easily entertained at home and also like going places and doing ‘craft’
So this week i took them to the park, even though Maisie said she didnt want to go and it looked like it was going to rain…we went…i even took my camera and we actually had a good time…..
and on the subject of Isaac…a conversation i had with him about an hour ago….things had been bit stressful at bed time and he had done something a bit silly..not horrendous but more an accident than not and i had got a bit stressed with him…anyways….
me: isaac, i know it was really an accident wasn’t it?
isaac: yes mummy, are you sorry?
me: what for?
isaac: for shouting?
me: yes, im sorry for shouting…i was a bit stressed
Isaac…’hmmmm, there is only one thing left to do then’
and he puts his arms round me a gives me a big hug….
i tell ya, got to wonder sometimes who is the kid and who is the grown up….!!
