so its getting near christmas…..

i went a little bit of christmas shopping with the girls this morning, got some very cute christmas stockings for the kids, this will be the first year we do them and i am quite looking forward to it…

we are having christmas morning here, i am working the early shift, which is 7am-12pm. Very pleased about that, gets it out of the way. We will probably be waking the kids early to open a few prezzies before i go to work….haha..thats got to be a bit ironic somehow…LOL

I have nearly finished the first of my mini books..here is a little sneaky peek..

we have such a busy week this week, its another ‘one of us out every night’ weeks again. Got some photo shoots coming up. A friend of ours who is doing a degree in photography is doing an exhibtion and want to raise some money for it by doing some family photos. I’m wondering about the white t shirt and denim for everyone to wear…?? Not sure how it will turn out but it might be fun…LOL

and finally..the day is coming when i can share my exciting news…its killing me not saying but i have no official confirmation of it and so will have to wait until thursday….sheesh…

don’t you wish that we didnt have to have a ‘children in need’ day. I don’t know how much of the show i will watch tonight, i mean its pretty good entertainment but i can’t handle the little clips of kids enduring such hardship and cruelty. It just breaks my heart…..

at Isaac’s nursery today there was a pyjama party and breakfast to raise money. He did a sponsored chocolate coin hunt and wore his jammies all day…..sound good?

Aghhhhh……..i kind of know but not totally and if i say and then it turns out to not happen then im going to look like a shmuck….

anyway suffice to say..the words ‘scrapbooking’ and ‘competition’ come into it……….hmmmmm;)

But i seriously mean it when i say i will need help..so please check back. I should know for definate next wednesday or thursday. Then its game on…..

meanwhile, in other news…..this is what happens when you go to work on a saturday leaving your husband to entertain the kids…..

our kids are back into hi 5 since we got our multi -region dvd player back (thanks dad 🙂 We have been able to watch the Hi 5 dvd’s that are from australia. They have a very new and big fan in the form of Maisie.

and lastly its a friends birthday today..Happy Birthday Emily 🙂 We have met up through twopeas, the scrapbooking website that i hang out at A LOT. So go check out her gallery if you want to see some very cool work emily
